I am a fully-qualified person-centred therapist with wide experience in working with adults as well as children and young people. I offer therapy and counselling services in the Nottingham area and online.
I can offer my clients space to explore their thoughts and feelings within a supportive therapeutic relationship. I believe strongly in the importance of finding a therapist who you feel that you can connect with.\u00a0 This allows you to build a relationship in which you can be comfortable and feel able to talk freely. I understand that this doesn’t always happen straight away, and as a therapist I will not push my clients to talk about anything that makes them uncomfortable. You are in charge of the content and pace of the sessions.<\/p>

I am happy to work with all client groups, including couples, and\u00a0 whatever issues you choose to bring. I have a particular interest and lots of experience of working with neurodiversity, personal identity issues, anxiety, depression and any issues related to parenting and families.
My work with children can incorporate play, creative arts and talking therapies.
I am fully DBS checked and an accredited registrant of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society as well as a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (MBACP)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0.<\/span><\/p>
